Writers Group

The Writers Group is an informal coming together of people interested in writing, whether it be short stories, poetry, children's stories, memoirs or novels (or anything else you can think of).

A gathering is held every month and new faces are very welcome. Please note that this is not a taught class and there is no "membership". It is a chance to try out on a group of supportive listeners any writing you've done yourself, or to be stimulated to write by listening and discussing what others have written.

Each month a topic is chosen for the next meeting to help motivate the pen or the keyboard - but isn't always stuck to - and that's fine as well!
