The Rockfield Centre is open for hires!

Located on the beautiful west coast of Scotland in Oban, The Rockfield Centre is a restored Victorian school. We have spent recent years carefully renovating this lovely building. The high ceilings and large windows let in plenty of natural light. We kept many original features while updating the space for modern needs.

Why Choose Us for Functions, Weddings, and Meetings:

We are in the town centre, just a short walk from the ferry terminal, train station, and local hotels and B&Bs. This makes it easy for guests to get to your event.

 We offer small, medium, and large spaces for any activity or occasion. Conference equipment is available for hire, including a projector, screen, lectern, microphones, mixing table, speakers, tables, and chairs.

Our building has fast wifi included in your hire cost. All rooms are accessible by lift, and we have mobility parking right outside the main entrance.

The building has accessible restrooms, changing rooms, showers, and baby changing facilities. Most of our rooms have blackout blinds.

We are registered with the local council for weddings and funerals and can accommodate up to 120 guests. We also provide a licensed bar. We can give you a list of local wedding suppliers to help make your special day memorable. Click here for more wedding information.

In addition to our indoor spaces, we have outdoor areas available for hire, including a verandah and a space for pop-up catering stalls or vans.

 All our rooms have openable windows and a Victorian ventilation system that works well.

 Birthday Parties:

Our Ash room is the perfect space for a kids birthday party with plenty room for a bouncy castle and still room to run around!

You can also hire the Kids space for children's parties and activities.
